Description

The Calendar Event API retrieves Event information from Luminate Online so you can display Event details in a third-party website or web-based application. For example, use this API to populate Event information in a custom calendar.

The Calendar Event API supports either HTTP GET or POST requests. The APIs are client-only and do not require authentication because they are called in the context of an anonymous user.

The API queries the Luminate Online Calendar Events database. Information returned from these methods includes:

eventType - This value corresponds to the Event Type selected when the Event was created.

• 0 = Standard Event
• 1 = Recurring Event
• 2 = Multi-day Event
• 3 = Multi-part Event

attendanceOption - This value is for standard and multiple day events, and corresponds to the Attendance Option selected when the Event was created.

• 0 = Open
• 1 = RSVP
• 2 = Ticket
