Contact Luminate Online Support to have Luminate Online Web Services enabled on your site.

Support will activate Web Services and provide you the endpoint URL for accessing the WSDL. They can also assist you with site configuration as described in the next section, System Configuration.

Once Web Services is enabled and properly configured, you can use the Web Services console to verify that it is working correctly.
